If you’re interested in doing something more active, there is a great gym that is open 24 hours, outdoor tennis courts or you could hire a bike and cycle on the nearby beach. You can also pass the time surfing, diving and snorkelling at Four Mile Beach or take a stroll to Anzac Park. Day trips to the Reef can be organised, as can guided tours through the Daintree Rainforest or you could take a fun water cruise on a wonderful paddle boat through the unspoilt mangrove channels near Port Douglas; if you’re lucky you may spot wild crocodiles and birdlife including Ospreys, Kites and Kingfishers.

Dining
Koko poolside Bar and Kitchen exudes a relaxed yet chic atmosphere with a beach-style feel. Enjoy a diverse and innovative menu to reflect the seasons so you will experience the freshest local produce from the region. The dishes are simple but have wonderfully intense flavours.
A delicious continental breakfast is on offer or you can order from the a la carte menu. Lunch can be enjoyed either poolside on the beach, on the café terrace or in the restaurant. Every Sunday there is an informal BBQ and buffet with delicious salads. There is an extensive wine list and many delightful beverages that can be delivered to your sun lounger if you so wish.
If you want something more casual, room service is available. Or you could venture out to Macrossan Street, the hub of Port Douglas’s restaurants, cafes and bars, which is just a short stroll away. You can enjoy a local beer at a Queenslander pub and watch a cane toad race or have a cocktail at the glamorous Marina watching the sunset as the day dissolves into a tropical evening.
Rooms
Set amongst calming water features and lush gardens filled with tropical flowers and palms, the Peppers Beach Club’s luxury suites have an incredibly relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The Mediterranean villa-inspired accommodation comprises Spa Suites and elegant One, Two and Three Bedroom Suites.
All of the stylish and contemporary suites come with daily maid service, air conditioning, free WIFI, Cable TV, free movies, and a balcony. Spa Suites include tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar and One, Two, and Three Bedroom Suites have a separate lounge area, kitchen (including dishwasher, oven/stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware) and washer/dryer.
The luxurious Spa Suites come with a king size bed or twin single and fantastic stunning lagoon views can be enjoyed from the balcony in your very own spa.
The Deluxe Spa Suites also have a king size bed or twin single and are on the ground floor with direct access on to the beach. The luxurious spa bath on the balcony can be enjoyed by two people.
One Bedroom Suites are equipped with a comfortable king size bed or twin single bed configuration and most feature stunning lagoon views from your balcony. The Deluxe Suites are on the ground floor and have direct access onto the white, sandy beach of the lagoon pool and there is a private barbeque on your terrace. Or you can opt for a Lagoon Deluxe Suite which guarantees you a stunning lagoon view with private swim up pontoons.
The Two Bedroom Suites feature two king size beds or a king and two singles and have one interconnecting bathroom. The balconies are very spacious and come complete with a private barbeque and an outdoor setting which overlooks the park. The dual key suites have interconnecting rooms dual keyed into a One Bedroomed Suite and a Spa Suite. The Deluxe Suites are ground floor interconnecting suites dual keyed into a one bedroom Deluxe Suite and a Spa Deluxe Suite and have direct access onto the beach of the lagoon pool. The Lagoon Deluxe Suites are interconnecting rooms dual keyed into a One Bedroom Lagoon Deluxe Suite and a Spa Suite. Whilst the Two Bedroom Plunge Pool Suite has a fantastic private plunge in the back yard and lift access.
The Three Bedroom Suites are interconnecting rooms, dual keyed into a Two Bedroom Suite and a Spa Suite. They have three king size beds or two king and two single. They are non-pool facing with lift access.

Family
Peppers Beach Club, Port Douglas welcomes young families, offering One, Two and Three Bedroom self-contained Suites. Young children will love the pool and beachside location, whilst teenagers will be enamoured by the glamorous shops and boutiques. Parents can relax by the pool or indulge themselves with some of the relaxing treatments at the spa.
There are plenty of family-friendly attractions in the local area to keep you entertained. As well as plenty of opportunities to surf and snorkel, kids will love Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures where they will see crocodiles and native wildlife, or at weekends and on public holidays there is the great Bally Hooley Steam Railway – always a popular choice with the younger ones.
Cots are available on request and children are welcome to eat in the hotel café or restaurant or you can take advantage of the in-room dining or flexibility of self-catering.
Child care services are available for an additional fee, so you could even spend some time alone to enjoy all that the resort and Port Douglas has to offer.

Peppers Beach Club, Port Douglas is situated in the centre of the town on Davidson’s Street, which is home to some of Tropical North Queensland’s most exclusive resorts, award winning restaurants and boutique shopping.
The resort is just an hour’s drive north from Cairns International Airport and there is free parking available.
