Nature of Nyerere & Zanzibar
8 NIGHTS GUIDE PRICE £5,100

If you are seeking a safari with a variety of activities, Nyerere is perfect with the opportunity to try a boat trip, fishing and bush walks. Fly over to Zanzibar for some relaxation, but with ancient Stone Town at your finger tips, there’s still plenty to experience.

Overview

Guide Price & Inclusions

3 nights All Inclusive in Nyerere and then 5 nights Half Board in Zanzibar costs £5,100 per adult / child age 12 plus including All Inclusive on Safari and Half Board in Zanzibar. Not recommended for children under 8 years of age.

Rates subject to travel dates and accommodation selection.

Suggested Extensions

You could decide to extend your trip to Northern Tanzania too, if you’ve always wanted to see the Ngorogoro Crater for example!

Best Time to Travel

The best time to travel is June to October in Dry Season, when game gathers around the lakes, however in February you can see the young being born and birding is excellent.  Zanzibar weather follows the same pattern.

Tips for Families

As you will need malaria pills and some activities are restricted for younger children, we recommend considering the trip for those age 12 plus.  It’s a great location for teens, to minimise packing and unpacking but offering a great variety of activities.

Highlights

  • Enjoy amazing game viewing in Africa’s largest National Park
  • Experience bush walks and boat trips for safari with a difference
  • Discover Arabian-influenced Stone Town and it’s trading past
  • Relax on a tropical beach or try kite surfing!
