Facilities & Activities
Maldivian-style décor blends into the natural surroundings, while overwater villas, restaurants and spas make the most of the Indian Ocean views.
Active guests can sign up for a whole range of activities, including yoga, tennis, beach games and surfing (one of the few spots to offer this in the Maldives) before indulging in coconut-based treatments at the Dhigu Spa or cooking classes in the chef’s garden.
Water babes will salivate over the activity menu on offer – snorkelling, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, parasailing, sunset fishing and big game fishing are all possibilities. If you want to go underwater, into the effervescent depths of the Maldives you’re in good hands with the Aquafanatics Dive Centre, with certified experienced divers who can help beginners through to certified divers hoping to experience something unique and different. There’s a comprehensive range of PADI courses available. The Aquafanatics Diving Centre follows Maldivian diving regulations and dives no further than 30 metres.
If a little pampering is more your thing, the Anantara Spa is a soothing temple of holistic therapies and treatments designed to revitalise and relax the body and mind.
