Santiburi Koh Samui

The Santiburi Koh Samui lies on a picturesque shoreline in North Samui within 23 hectares of beautiful gardens. Relax in your hammock on one of the most sought-after beaches on the island, ice-cream in one hand, book in the other. If all that relaxation is too much, head to the golf course, show off your footy skills or explore the coast in a hobie cat.

A wide variety of suites and villas offer flexible accommodation options for couples and families alike. In a nutshell, this is a highly recommended Bushbaby option for those seeking a superb beach holiday during the European summer when weather is best this side of Thailand.

Facilities & Activities

If you can tear yourself away from the comfy beach loungers, the meandering free-form swimming pool is a wonderful place to catch up with your holiday reading. Measuring 50m by 25m the resort is able to boast one of the largest resort pools in Asia – a tempting prospect for waterbabies wishing to bank some lengths.

Santiburi offers something for guests of all ages and abilities. The Water Sports Centre has a wide array of complimentary non-motorised activities for you to try including kayaks, windsurfing and hobie cats – what better way to enjoy Mae Nam’s beautiful waters  (NB no motorised sports are offered).

Back on land, there is a floodlit tennis court, a modern, fully-equipped fitness centre, bicycles, a football field hosting friendly daily matches as well as jogging tracks through the lovely gardens. As for golf enthusiasts, there is a stunning course incorporating rolling greens weaving through swaying coconut palms – all a short complimentary shuttle ride away.

The new Santiburi by Bhawa Spa can be found at the heart of the resort and is inspired by the ancient city of Ayutthayae, with carvings and fountains to calm the senses before luxuriating with one of the best therapies available in Thailand (and that’s saying something!)
