Off the boat you will go on a number of trips to explore the wonders the surrounding areas have to offer, this includes sights such as the Temple of Philae in Aswan, the Temple of the crocodile god Sobek in Kom Ombo, the world-famous resting place of Tutankhamun – the Valley of The Kings and the ancient structures of Luxor, the once capital of ancient Egypt, still standing after thousands of years.

Located on the lower deck of the boat there is a main dining room, serving an impressive buffet array from breakfast and lunch, and carefully crafted a la carte menu for dinner. Fitting with the great service aboard chefs are happy to cater to any specific dietary needs. Those wanting to relax after a day of exploring also have access to room service if desired. The St George also has an opulently decorated bar area, serving a wide variety of drinks and cocktails, with a dance floor and nightly entertainment.
There is also a Sun Deck bar that serves refreshing beverages and BBQ all with sweeping views of the Nile and its surroundings.
All room types on board are ornately designed with all the amenities to be expected from a cruise of this calibre, with flat screen TV’s, large French windows allowing guests a panoramic view of the wonders passing by, internet access, individual climate control, bathrooms equipped with a steam bath and jacuzzi and a mini bar.
There are 47 Deluxe Cabins which measure at 22 square metres, and 9 Presidential Suites at a larger 44 square metres. There is also a Royal Suite.

The cabins onboard allow for 1 child of under 12 years to share with adults, whilst children over the age of 12 years must occupy their own cabin.

The Cruise starts in Aswan, which can most easily be accessed by an internal flight from Cairo and takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, from Aswan you will be picked up from your accommodation and taken to the boat.
