The friendly, knowledgeable staff can advise on everything from soft treks to hardcore mountain biking. On site there’s a library and reading room for winding down in the evenings, as well as a large spa, a heated pool, sauna, steam room, treatment rooms and a private suite with a whirlpool tub.
For the more adventurous, you can kayak the Eberhard Fjord and trek the Señoret 360°. The full-day excursion of Torres del Paine National Park and the half-day Fjord Navigation Cruise to the Serrano and Balmaceda Glaciers are especially recommended.

Dining
A hearty breakfast buffet is served in the main restaurant, with eggs cooked to order. For lunch and dinner, the award-winning kitchen serves up a mouth-watering gourmet menu that makes good use of local produce – fabulously fresh fish and seafood ceviches, Patagonian hare and king crab often feature. The cavernous Bar is vast and expertly staffed and there’s an intimate asador (grill) room for the virtually obligatory BBQ beef, lamb and guanaco meals.

Each of the 54 rooms and 3 suites provide comfort and style without pretence: exemplifying the concept of simple luxury.
Overlooking the Fjord of Last Hope Sound and the Andes Mountains off in the distance, The Singular’s over-sized guestrooms (45 sq m / 500 sq ft), provide plenty of room to unwind after a day of adventure. The rooms each offer an en-suite, spacious bathroom with a separate bath and shower and impeccably custom-designed furniture. An overstuffed, exquisitely upholstered chair you can sink into and stare out at the timeless landscape. Or the charming wooden desk, perfect for writing postcards or journal entries about your Patagonian adventures. And of course, the indulgently comfortable bed for a restful sleep, as you dream of the adventures the new day will bring.

The Singular Room is 45sqm and features 1 king-size Bed or 2 queen beds and of course a 6m picture window overlooking the Patagonian fjords and Last Hope Sound whilst the Singular Suite is 70sqm also boasts a sofa and separate sitting area. Whilst you have the same amazing view, you get twice the breadth as the window stretches across the width of the over-sized suite; a front row seat to the best show on earth.
Family
The Singular Patagonia is a welcoming choice for family travel in Southern Chile, offering special rates designed for multi-generational groups. Families can enjoy flexible programmes where children or seniors may opt out of certain excursions, making it easy to travel at your own pace. Younger children under 12 can stay free on select packages when sharing a room with parents (roll-away beds available), while teens ages 13-17 benefit from discounted rates. It’s an ideal base for exploring Puerto Natales and Torres del Pain together as a family.
Sustainability
The Singular Patagonia was carefully restored from a historic industrial building giving new life to the old while preserving its heritage. From energy to water conservation, reducing waste and sourcing fresh local ingredients, everything is done with care for the environment and community.
Location
The location of The Singular Patagonia is one of its most appealing features. This luxury hotel is just a short distance from the town of Puerto Natales and Torres del Paine National Park in Patagonia. There are direct flights from Santiago to Puerto Natales; 10 weekly transfers in high season (from December to February) and 6 in low season (from October to December and from March to April) between three airlines operating the route: Latam, Sky Airlines and JetSmart.
The hotel offers a free shared shuttle to Puerto Natales – this operates at fixed times, coordinated with flights between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm. Arrivals and departures outside of these designated times will be coordinated as a private service with a corresponding additional cost.
