Itinerary
Day 1 | Fly to Oman
Fly from London to Oman (7 hours) and transfer to your city hotel.
Day 2 | Muscat
A full day to explore Muscat. We recommend a stroll along the Corniche and a visit to the Muttrah souk, a maze of winding atmospheric streets. The magnificent Grand Mosque is also a must-see!
Days 3-4 | Hajar Mountains
Head to the Hajar Mountains (3-4 hour drive) for a contrasting but equally adventurous 2-night stay. Trek some amazing passes and swim in wadis before returning to your mountain retreat with views of the dramatic landscape that will etch themselves in your holiday memories.
Day 5 | Wahiba Sands
Drive approx. 4 hours to the desert for an overnight stay under a canopy of stars. Enjoy camel rides around the camp and soak up magical sunsets from the top of the dunes.
Days 6-10 | Beach
Following your adventurous foray into the mountains and desert, it’s time to head back to the coast for a blissfully relaxing 5 nights on the beach.
Day 11 | Fly Muscat to London
Transfer to the airport for your direct flight back to London (7 hours)
