Bushbaby Travel: Inspiring travel for life

Airline Classes

Most airlines offer an Economy or Business cabin, although prices vary according to availability and specials, for a long haul flight, expect to pay about triple to fly Business plus additional taxes. Some airlines, such as BA also offer First Class, or try the 3-Room Suite on Etihad for the ultimate flight experience.

Certain airlines also offer a Premium Economy class, offering slightly more seat space and a quieter cabin (for example British Airways limit this cabin to 6 rows). Facilities do vary from airline to airline, with some offering upgraded food and entertainment service. Airlines that offer this additional option include British Airways, Virgin, Air France and Qantas. For travel to South Africa for example, the upgrade is generally £300 per person, each way, but this price will increase as the cabin becomes more heavily booked, hence our advice is always to book in advance.
