Thai Jungle & Beach, Young Adventurers
For a family holiday with added spice, head to tropical Thailand, where you can enjoy rainforest fun, elephant encounters and down-time on white sand beaches, straight out of a National Geographic spread. For a fantastic contrast why not stop-over in Bangkok en-route - soak up the fabulous culture, visit the night markets and indulge in a Thai massage at Wat PhoTemple.

Fly to Phuket and transfer to Khao Lak, for 4 nights. A beautiful long stretch of beach awaits you - perfect for some laid-back family time, before you head off to explore the Northern Anadaman. Take a day trip to the Surin and Similian Island National Park - famous for their dive and snorkelling sites or visit the Thai Muang Turtle Sanctuary where the children can help release turtles to the sea.
Continue your adventure by travelling to scenic Khao Sok National Park - a vast expanse of jungle and limestone cliffs, teeming with wildlife. Base yourselves at Elephant Hill’s camp - a luxury tented camp where you can kayak down the river, feed and bathe the elephants and take a dip in the pool. Visit Cheow Lan Lake where you can stay on a floating raft and enjoy swimming, canoeing and jungle trekking.
If you are travelling between December and April, we recommend heading to the west coast for a beach finish. If you are travelling during our Summer holidays, for the last part of your journey travel to the east coast, from where you can take a ferry to Koh Samui or Koh Phangnan for a 4 night stay. With boat trips, temple visits and jungle safaris on offer, it is a fitting end to your Asian adventure.

If you have older children or teens, Bangkok makes for a fun stop-over. There's plenty to do; see the city from the water on a boat excursion, brave a tuk-tuk ride to the temples, enjoy a foodie market tour, brush up your Thai cookery skills at a cookery class or encourage your teens to release their teen angst with a Thai boxing lesson whilst you indulge in an invigorating Thai massage.
