For a touch of the exotic, head to charming Sri Lanka for a family and friends holiday with a difference. Fly to Colombo, where you can opt to stay at the renowned Wallawa or travel straight to the South (approx. 2 – 3 hours) if you wish to keep the journey simple. There are a number of beautiful private houses that come complete with staff, including a chef, allowing you a flexible, relaxed and personal shared experience with friends and family.
The Why House, close to Galle, offers accommodation for up to 20 guests in charming cottages overlooking the paddy fields. Local activities include surfing, guided bicycle rides, traditional dancing and visits to nearby temples and forts.
After submersing yourself in Sri Lankan culture and nature with those close to you, it’s time to drive back to Colombo for your flight home.

Home to elephants, sloth bears and water buffalo, it is also renowned for the highest density of leopards in the world. We can also put together a bespoke tour for you , perhaps taking in the Hill Country and Cultural triangle. A very popular option though is to combine time in Sri Lanka with a week in blissful surroundings in the stunning The Maldives.
