The luxurious accommodation here has been designed for the discerning traveller. The spacious, contemporary rooms and suites boast lofty ceilings, Juliet balconies and magnificent views.  Some suites feature landscaped terraces and kitchenettes or football tables and glamorous chandeliers. Superior Rooms offer one king or queen bed as well as a living area, and Deluxe Rooms offer one king or two double beds, a living area and most rooms come with a sleeper sofa too. The Grand Deluxe is the largest room available and boasts one king bed, a living area with sleeper sofa and a Juliet balcony.

The Manhattan Suite offers a chic apartment-style layout with a private bedroom with one king size bed, separate living area with Juliet balcony, en-suite marble and tile bathroom with a glorious deep soaking bath as well as a pull-out sofa and dining area.

The Park Avenue Suite corner layout offers a private bedroom with wrap-around Juliet balcony, one king size bed, a separate living area with Juliet balcony, en-suite five fixture glass tile bathroom with deep soaking tub and a additional guest half bathroom. The spacious living area features a pull-out sofa and an oversized coffee table for entertaining - a great spot to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. If outside space is important to you opt for the Park Avenue Suite with Terrace.

The Royalton Suite and Royalton Suite with Terrace offer the same chic apartment-style layout with upgraded facilities. 

If you really want to indulge, there is the beautiful Duplex Penthouse Suite with Terrace. Opulently furnished, the bi-level layout features either one, two or three bedrooms, a stunning two-story tall Carrera marble fireplace, large dining and lounging terrace, whilst indoors there is a fantastic dining and living area that makes the most of the spectacular city views with floor-to-ceiling windows. The grand bathroom has a steam shower, freestanding whirlpool tub and a separate vanity dressing room – if you want the wow factor, then this is the suite for you!

With such fantastic facilities on offer, you’ll find it hard to tear yourself away from this hotel.  As you would expect from an establishment of this calibre, an all-hours reception, free Wi-Fi, express check-in and check-out features plus valet parking come as standard. Royalton Park Avenue is home to Asellina, one of New York City’s top Italian restaurants. Inspired by the flavours and textures of rustic Italian cuisine, the traditional yet innovative menu is served in a funky but warm and inviting setting with a great atmosphere. Choose from the Living Room lounge, main dining room and private patio to relax and enjoy your cuisine, be it breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a cocktail.

For casual dining there is The Windsor which offers high-end pub grub and drinks from 5pm onwards and a fantastic brunch is also available at weekends. Flat screen TV’s line the walls, so if you’re a sports fan you’ll be sure to catch any major events.  Great cocktails and a very relaxed vibe make this a superb venue. You can also head up to the Rooftop and relax on the terrace with a coffee, or indulge yourself with a delicious cocktail made with organic cold-pressed juice. The Main Bar is striking with its atrium style space and dramatic views of that famous Manhattan skyline enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Royalton Park Avenue welcomes families and will do their very best to accommodate any special needs you may have.  For very young children there are complimentary cots, nappies and toiletries. For older kids complimentary PlayStation 4’s are available on request.  Children will also love the pool and the iconic New York sights surrounding it.

Deluxe Double rooms and some Superior Rooms offer two double beds, whilst the Park Avenue and Suites have a king bed and pull out sofa so would be a good option for families.  Connecting rooms include Superior to a second Superior with 2 x double beds, Park Avenue Suite to a Deluxe King and Suite to a Superior.

Royalton Park Avenue is ideally located at 420 Park Avenue South (at 29^th Street) in Midtown Manhattan’s NoMad district, and is walking distance to sights including Union Square, Madison Square Park and the Empire State Building.

The hotel is 30 minutes from JFK International Airport, 40 minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport and LaGuardia Airport is 20 minutes away.
