dining
The recently redesigned TY Bar offers casual dining from lunchtime onwards with delicious bar bites and supper on Sunday and Monday evenings. Sumptuously designed with a heavy 1930s art deco influence, it is laid-back with a soothing ambience, yet still manages to exude some of that New York buzz. There is a fantastic bespoke cocktail menu designed by a notable mixologist using fresh local ingredients and high-end whiskies and bourbons - all served in the most stunning glassware.
For fine dining try The Garden, overlooking the majestic Grand Lobby, which serves new American style gourmet breakfasts, lunches, light dinners and weekend brunches featuring local ingredients. The restaurant is a large contemporary space designed around the undulating trunks of enormous African acacia trees – a truly unique dining experience.
If you would prefer to take your meals in the privacy of your own room or suite, there is an extensive in-room dining menu available.
