The accommodation comprises a selection of elegant suites, charming clapboard cottages and villas. They are all beautifully furnished, and come complete with terraces or balconies with fantastic views of either the bay or the gardens, chic marble bathrooms, flat screen televisions, fine linens and gas fireplaces.
The Garden View rooms are found on the first floor of villa style buildings overlooking the resort’s beautifully manicured lawns and gardens. The rooms have one king or two queen beds and an intimate sitting area and private bath. The Premier Garden View are second story guest rooms located in villa style buildings with vaulted cathedral ceilings creating a spacious and open feel. Private decks overlook the resort’s grounds and spectacular seasonal gardens. The rooms have one king or two queen beds, cosy sitting area and private bath.
The Cottage Style rooms are large and located in charming Cape Cod style cottages and all feature lovely water views. Guest rooms feature one king or two queen size beds with comfortable sitting area and fireplace. Luxurious bathrooms offer both oversized tub and separate shower. The Premiere Cottage style accommodation is also complemented by water view patios surrounded by gardens. The Water View is available with one king size bed or two queen size beds and comfortable sitting area. The Premiere Water View has floor-to-ceiling windows, and opens to a private deck overlooking the water and a luxurious bathroom with both an oversized tub and separate shower.
The Round Cove Suite is one of the most luxurious offerings and can be reserved as a one, two or three bedroom configuration. There is a spacious parlour featuring a beautiful custom made bar, dining table for six, a pull out queen bed, an oversized Jacuzzi and additional bedrooms have either one king or two queen size beds. The Signature Water View comes with his & her bathroom suites, a king size bed with a queen size pull out sofa bed, or two queen beds, whilst the Signature Water Side has either a fabulous outdoor Jacuzzi or Patio Fireplaces or Fire Pits. The Signature Junior Suites have a bedroom with a king size bed and connecting parlour and two flat screen televisions
A tulip arbour pathway leads to the beautiful two bedroom, Tulip Cottage, which offers two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second with a queen size bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed, and the cottage has a separate living room and an attached deck for lounging.
Mother Goose is a charming three bedroom, two bath retreat overlooking Pleasant Bay. The property is nicely landscaped and tastefully decorated. The home offers spectacular water views and includes a spacious living room, elegant dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A lovely waterfront patio is the perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The Wequassett Resort & Golf Club has a fantastic range of invigorating activities on offer. You can take a boat shuttle to Cape Cod’s National Seashore and explore the exquisite Outer Beaches or simply relax and soak up the sun on the calm and sandy shores of Pleasant Bay. There are plenty of watersports on offer including kayaking, sailing and power boats; and lessons and guided tours are also available.
The resort boasts four tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. During July and August a number of additional organised activities are also on offer including yoga, dance classes and morning walks. Alternatively you can take to two wheels and explore Cape Cod on the endless bike paths nearby. Next door is the Cape Cod National Golf Club, one of the most prestigious clubs in the USA, access to which is available to guests at an additional cost.
When you’ve exhausted yourself with all the activities on offer there are plenty of ways to relax back at the resort. There are two fantastic swimming pools to choose from; the magnificent main pool and Jacuzzi is surrounded by lush flowers and cushioned wicker chaises longues where you can recline and relish the sweeping views over Pleasant Bay. If you feel the need to indulge yourself further spend the day relaxing in one of the private poolside cabanas on offer. There is also a fantastic lap pool for adults that has two Olympic size lanes and a Jacuzzi surrounded by lounge chairs and beautiful gardens.
During the summer the resort also features a wide variety of cool entertainment including a variety of live music and an annual Summer Jazz Festival.

The resort’s excellent restaurants offer everything from formal dining to casual open-air cuisine. For fine dining the resort’s Twenty-eight Atlantic restaurant has the most spectacular 180-degree view of the waterfront. With its elegant shaker-style furnishings, glass chandeliers, nautical etchings and Limoges china the style is both eclectic and luxurious, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Fantastic New American cuisine and superb service make this a great dining experience. Next door to Twenty-eight Atlantic is the club-like bar, Thoreau’s; a warm and intimate tavern offering a wide ranging menu full of seafood and grilled meats, an extensive wine list and a wide selection of martinis and specialty cocktails.
Down on the beach under a pergola is Libaytion, a funky bar that opens during the summer months offering light lunches and dinner, live entertainment and more of those spectacular vistas. There are delicious lunches ad summer barbecues on the Pleasant Bay Terrace by the pool, and the Outer Bar and Grille showcases open-air dining with a seaside deck offering casual meals from crab cakes to paninis.

Families are made very welcome here. The main pool, beaches and tennis courts are always firm favourites with younger guests. Tennis, swimming and sailing lessons are also a great option here for children.
The resort also offers a fantastic Children’s Centre providing educational and fun and activities for kids aged two to 12. During the summer there are daily supervised children’s programmes available and themed family evening activities including the Dive-in Movie night that is held by the pool with popcorn and plenty of snacks! Please note costs apply. The centre has plenty of great facilities, including an aquatic playground with fountains and sprays, a Wii, PlayStation 3 and an Xbox 360.
In terms of accommodation, there are rooms and suites available with two queen beds that are ideal for families happy to share or opt for a king or queen size bed with pull out sofa. The Signature Junior Suites have a king bedroom with connecting parlour - a great family option - whilst the Tulip Cottage features two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second with a queen size bed, again with a pull out sofa in the separate living area. Cots and high chairs are available.
Children are welcome to dine at the Outdoor Bar & Grille, Pleasant Bay Terrace and Twenty-eight and a children’s menu is also available via room service. If you are keen on a night out without the children, babysitting is available upon request!

Wequassett Resort & Golf Club is located on the ‘elbow’ of Cape Cod Massachusetts. It sits overlooking the beautiful Pleasant Bay and Atlantic Ocean and is just outside the coastal village of Chatham.
The resort is a two hour drive from Logan International Airport in Boston. Valet parking is available.
