The gateway city at the start of your trip, it’s worthwhile taking your time and drawing breath after your flight with a night or two in Vancouver, before moving on. It is surely one of the most picturesque cities in the world and very cosmopolitan, with lots of leisure activities, a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants. A 'must-do' would be a cycle around iconic Stanley Park, or for those not prone to vertigo, set of for Capilano Suspension Bridge Park!

A short, scenic ferry ride, or seaplane flight will take you to Vancouver Island so you can explore the delights of Victoria and the wild coastline.
