There are 116 rooms that range from a simple room with TV to a two-bedroom suite with kitchenette. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen TVs, alarm clocks with MP3 plug ins and are located around a central courtyard.

The hotel rooms feature one or two Mountain luxury beds and have a courtyard view.  Superior one-bedroom suites are 640 sq ft and offer a bedroom with one or two beds and a bathroom.

The one or two bedroom suites with separate living rooms and kitchenettes are set over two floors and offer flexible bedding options.The superior two bedroom suites are 750 sq ft and offer two bedrooms with two to four beds and two bathrooms.

The premium one bedroom plus loft suites offer a loft with king size bed, private bedroom, two bathrooms and living room with fireplace and balcony.

After a day's sightseeing, relax in the hotel’s hot pool - designed to resemble the famous Banff hot spring. There is also an exercise room and sauna.

The hotel also offers a chance to catch up on your washing with laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi and underground parking.

All guests here are given complimentary passes to Roam, Banff’s local transit system which will take you to the Banff Gondola, the Upper hot springs, the Tunnel Mountain trail head and the Castle in the Rockies.  It's a very pleasant town to roam around with a variety of outdoor activities also on tap including skiing, hiking, skating, canoeing, horseback riding and mountain biking.

The hotel has a popular restaurant – Chilis - offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. An excellent complimentary continental breakfast is included in the price of a room. The restaurant has a laid back feel and serves burgers, ribs and Mexican food and cocktails for lunch and dinner.

The hotel’s central location also provides plenty of opportunities for eating out at other restaurants.

Situated on Banff Avenue, 15 minutes from the Banff National Park Gates, the hotel is in easy walking distance of downtown Banff, allowing quick access to the Banff Gondola, Upper Hot Springs, the Tunnel Mountain Trail Head and the Castle in the Rockies.

There is a nine and a half hour direct flight from the UK to Calgary, followed by a two-hour road transfer to the hotel.
