Chedi Club Suites
Grand panoramic views of the Gulf of Oman, Hajar Mountains, tranquil water ponds or shimmering swimming pools make dramatic first impressions in all equally stunning 38 villas with a private terrace or balcony. Two adults have the king size bedroom to themselves and may add two children up to the age of fifteen on the expansive divans in the separate living area. There are three inviting pools, including the regions longest, a 103m long marvel lined by palms and black double day beds. On the very hottest days, head for the Serai pool; its ample awnings provide welcome shade.
Furthermore, you will find a Balinese spa, complete with, Indian Ayurveda and indigenous rituals, delivered in thirteen meditative spa suites that combine dramatic Omani architecture with calming Asian interiors.
For those who want to maintain their fitness regime whilst on holidsy, there is the 400 sq.m. health club and tennis courts.
Head offshore to the Gulf of Oman to spot dolphins, or discover local marine life with a snorkel and mask. Mountain bikes and hiking are popular activities and a great way to acquaint yourself with the local culture and surroundings. The concierge service at the hotel will be able to advise and assist in making arrangements for an itinerary as adventurous or relaxing as you wish.

The three pools each have their own cabana serving drinks and food, with Mediterranean fare by the Chedi pool, Asian flavours at the Serai pool and Japanese-cum-Malaysian nourishment to help you reach the other end of the Long Pool.
Fine dining is done in the elegantly arched, and simply-titled, Restaurant. Its four open kitchens serve an impressive array of Arabian, Indian, Asian and Western cuisines – from lamb tagine to Wagyu beef. For an al fresco affair, opt for the Beach Restaurant, a romantic waterfront patio where fresh seafood and fine wine are paired with a sea breeze and lapping waves.
Poolside is prime cocktail territory, sip fine wines and watch the waves from the patio and retire to the outdoor Shisha Lounge for a night cap.

The hotel is not particularly recommended for young children as some areas and facilities are off limits to under 16s. However, the restaurant ishappy to cater for children and high chairs can be provided. Babysitting can bealso be arranged with advance notice for an extra charge.
One child aged up to 6years can share a Serai Room, or up to 2 children under 13 years can join parents in a Chedi Club Suite.
NB. children under 6 years are not be allowed in the Library and those under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

The hotel is perfectly located on the beachside in Muscat, with the Gulf of Oman within touching distance and the peaks of the Hajar Mountains jutting out just behind.
The journey time from the airport is approximately 20 minutes.
