There are 95 Rooms, Suites and Villas. All rooms include a large marble bathroom with a separate walk-in rain shower and freestanding bath. The style is a blend of Moorish and Andalucian architecture with contemporary interiors, consisting of 90 rooms and four beachfront Villas. There are six low rise Mansions and four beachfront Villas.

Located within the heart of the resort, the Manor House features Premiere Rooms, Executive Suites and the Grand Palm Suite, spread over three floors. The rooms and suites overlook the main pool or cascading outdoor palm-shaded terraces.

For the ultimate in privacy and personalised service, enjoy outstanding beachfront living within the comfort of one of four 325m² two-bedroom Private Beach Villas. The Villa comprises an entrance foyer, open-plan living space with bar and dining area connected to a private-service kitchenette. Two master bedrooms offer dedicated en suite dressing rooms and bathrooms. The upper floor accommodation features fully-furnished balconies. Each Villa includes grand outdoor shaded seating and dining areas, plus spacious, lush gardens with a private temperature controlled swimming pool.

Although all rooms here are big by Dubai's already generous standards, booking a Junior Suite will get you extra space and a private terrace. Rooms with gardens or terraces (some suites even have their own small private pools) might be ill-advised for unsteady toddlers, but could also be ideal for older kids who need extra room to let off steam. Most rooms have space for a cot or an extra bed.

The heated outdoor pool – with a dramatic red-and-black bottom – is supervised by a lifeguard from 9am to 6pm. It's surrounded by ultra-luxurious cabanas and overlooks the waters of the Persian Gulf.

The hotel offers access to a wide selection of water sports at nearby One&Only Royal Mirage including sailing, kayaking, Hobie Cats, windsurfing, water-skiing and fishing as well as access to near- by water parks. You can also stray from the beaches and high rise city of Dubai and take a chauffeur drive into the desert to watch the stunning sunset and enjoy a Private Moonlight Dinner on the Dunes.

One&Only Private Spa (under the expertise of ESPA) invites guests to unwind with a holistic collection of tailored Spa experiences within a tranquil retreat set amidst ponds, fountains and open courtyards. The 2400m² free-standing Spa features a comprehensive treatment menu including a collection of three or five day wellness journeys intended to restore natural equilibrium and fitness levels.

The Fitness Centre is fully equipped with Technogym® Excite and Personal Selection ranges, including Kinesis™ and Flexability™ systems for functional training and complete stretching.

There are 3 dining options, all overseen by acclaimed French chef Yannick Alléno.

101 Dining Lounge and Bar serves up tapas and Mediterranean-inspired meals by the resort's private marina; it's a definite see-and-be-seen hotpot, with DJs on most evenings. Lunch & dinner is served here.

French fine-dining restaurant Stay, decorated in dark reds, has a unique 'pastry library' that showcases some truly Instagram-worth desserts, as well as a sharing table for dining as a group. It only serves dinner.

Then, the resorts Main outdoor restaurant, Zest restaurant, is the most laid-back of them all. It is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The restaurant is known for blending culinary influences of the Middle East, Asia and the West. Outdoor seating, overlooking the grand pool and Moorish inspired gardens is also available.

family

A superb KidsOnly programme is specially designed for younger members of the family with fully-supervised, age-appropriate activities for children ages four to eleven years old. It is open 10:00 – 12:30, 14:30 – 17:00 and 18:00 – 22:00.

Here, children can engage in programmes of fun and adventure, leaving parents to enjoy quieter moments of solitude. Tailored to various ages, activities might include: camel riding, henna painting, belly dancing, sand sculpturing, evening Arabian camping and more. Little ones learn basic Arabic phrases during fun, interactive lessons.

Children under four are welcome to participate in activities for the younger set, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Such services can be arranged through the resort for a fee. Please book early during festive and special holiday seasons.

ZEST is ideally suited for families, with casual indoor and outdoor dining offering many child-friendly dishes. Over-9s are welcome in Stay by Yannick Alléno for dinner, and in 101 Dining Lounge and Bar kids of any age can have lunch or dinner. The resort stocks a range of baby food.
Baby supplies are available with Guest Services, such as nappies, wipes, bath/potty tubs, strollers, cots, highchairs and lots more!

Babysitting is available at a nominal cost.

Located on the peninsula of the man-made Palm Jumeirah, One&Only The Palm is 15-minutes from the city centre. Due to the property's peninsula location it feels like a very secluded, serene and relaxed haven outside the hustle and bustle of the city. On the horizon, view the wonder and excitement of the New Dubai Skyline. One&Only The Palm is reached by water taxi or limousine.
