Finca Rosa Blanca offers a range of accommodation options, each very individual in style.

All rooms feature a king-size bed with 100% cotton linens, ceiling fans, spacious bathrooms with showers (some feature a bath or jacuzzi), locally made, organic toiletries. hair-dryer, iron, complimentary WiFi, coffee-maker and complimentary Finca Rosa Blanca shade grown organic coffee, mini-bar, laptop-sized safe, turn-down service, private outdoor deck or patio, robes and slippers.

Junior Suites
All the junior suites are individually designed and furnished and sleep from 2-4 people.

Las Aves (sleeps 2) is a garden suite with a spacious bathroom and sky-lit jacuzzi bath. It incorporates a an enclosed private patio and garden filled with tropical plants and flowers.

El Pino and La Guaria (sleeps 2) both offer a large living/dining area with kitchenette and spacious deck over-looking the coffee plantations below. The bathrooms features a sky-lit jacuzzi bath.

La Piedra (sleeps 2) features a striking king-size bed supported by a large stone (hence the room name). The sumptuous bathroom with jacuzzi bath boasts incredible views of the Central Valley.

El Cafetal (sleeps 2) offers views of the coffee plantations, a jacuzzi bath large enough for two and a private suspended deck.

El Higuerón (sleeps 3) features a king-size bed and a day bed in the living area, mini-bar and private terrace overlooking the valley below. The bathroom includes a sky-lit jacuzzi bath and hand-made tile work.

El Roble (sleeps 3) is a beautiful 2 room junior suite with a private deck adjoining the bedroom, a daybed, a hand-painted mural, jacuzzi bath and sumptuous Costa Rican hardwood floors and furniture.

El Valle (sleeps 3) is an airy junior suite with an extra bedroom to sleep one extra and a renovated bathroom, cpmplete with a jacuzzi bath. Outside, there is an outdoor garden next to a large deck with fantastic views to the Central Valley.

La Carreta (sleeps 3) offers a comfortable sitting room with a sofa-bed, a bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a large private terrace with garden views to the Central Valley.

La Ventana (sleeps 4) is a junior suite named after its famous window mural of the view outside. It features a rustic hand-made bed with extra bedroom for the family and a spacious private terrace with a magnificent view of the Central Valley below.

Villas

Villa El Boyero features a king-size bed, and day beds in the living room area, mini-bars and private terraces overlooking the valley below. The bathrooms include a sky-lit jacuzzi bath and handmade tile work. El Pino & El Higuerón junior suites join to create Villa Boyero which sleeps a large family or group of friends.

Villa Laguna features king-size beds, large living and dining areas with kitchenette and spacious decks overlooking the coffee plantations below. The bathroom features a sky-lit jacuzzi batht and rustic handmade tile work. The junior suites La Guaria & El Roble join to create Villa Laguna which sleeps a large family or a group of friends.

The main lobby area features a 40ft high sky-lit ceiling which illuminates the indoor gardens and lush Costa Rican hardwood interiors, decorated with hand-painted murals.

If you want to read up on the local wildlife and culture, head to the charming library which is stocked with fiction and reference books. It also offers cable TV and a large collection of DVDs should a film-evening appeal. The restaurant and bar area incorporate a comfortable lounge area with board games as well as cable TV in Bar Buho.

Surrounded by tropical gardens, the spring-fed swimming pool is ideal for a refreshing dip with secluded decks and shaded verandas where guests can sunbathe and enjoy the magnificent vistas.

The Finca has an organic coffee farm with plantation tours twice a day while for blissful indulgence the small spa offers a host of treatments from relaxing and refreshing massages to organic coffee body scrubs.

For those wishing to explore the local area and perhaps enjoy some more exhilarating activities, the hotel can arrange tours locally.

El Tigre Vestido & Bar Búho enjoy amazing views of the Central Valley from the expansive decks, surrounded by beautiful gardens and coffee plantations. Each morning a delicious breakfast is served with freshly brewed organic coffee grown on the farm and succulent fresh fruit and vegetables from the restaurant’s own organic gardens and orchards. Finca Rosa Blanca raise their own free-range chickens to provide you with fresh eggs daily (children are welcome to visit and help collect the eggs!)

Enjoy Latin Fusion cuisine at mealtimes, cooked with fresh ingredients that bring alive traditional Costa Rican and Central American dishes. The elegant dinners are set around the inviting fireplace or on the open-air terrace with twinkling lights that illuminate the Central Valley below.

Finca Rosa Blanca welcomes children of all ages although there are no specific facilities.

For dining the Tigre Vestido restaurant offers special children's menus for lunch and dinner and will accommodate younger children with an early dinner if required. 

The hotel can also arrange babysitting on request.

location

Located about 4,000 ft above sea level and set on 9 acres, nestled amidst papaya, mango and coffee trees, this country inn is only a 20 minute drive from the airport on good roads - a world away from the hustle and bustle of San José which twinkles at night in the valley below.
