All 79 rooms and 10 suites have balconies, feature sumptuous hardwood floors, along with Starck’s Dali-esque mirrors, as well as elegant Sergio Rodrigues chairs. King size beds with 300-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and white goose down pillows are strategically positioned in the oceanfront rooms so that they are always facing the horizon and an ocean view. The Deluxe Oceanfront Rooms are more spacious and can be configure with a king-size bed or twin beds. They have the added benefit of a CD/DVD Player.

Located on the eighth floor, the rooftop infinity pool offers an unparalelled panoramic view of Ipanema beach from an angle that captures Arpoador, the Morro Dois Irmãos and the Corcovado, exclusively for hotel guests. The bar menu offers a wide array of fresh-squeezed fruit juices, cocktails, and delicious al fresco dining throughout the day. On the same floor, there is also a fitness centre, equipped with cutting-edge fitness equipment. The hotel is served by three restaurants: Fasano al Mare-, haute Italian cuisine with a seafood flair; the poolside bar and Baretto-Londra, a bar and nightclub with DJ and music nightly.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily in the main dining area of Fasano al Mare as well as the inviting terrace. Designed by Philippe Starck to offer beautiful views of the sidewalks of Ipanema, the restaurant also has a private dining area, concealed by white linen curtains, a Starck signature touch. Scandinavian tables, arranged under a splendid Murano chandelier complete the scene.

Ranked by Wallpaper magazine* as the number one hotel bar in the world, Baretto-Londra is the “Carioca” version of the celebrated bar in Hotel Fasano São Paulo, featuring expertly-crafted cocktails and a selection of light dishes. It honors the city of London, Rogério Fasano’s favorite,- Londra being the city’s Italian name. The bar hosts live performances and renowned DJs in a rock & roll pub-like atmosphere. With its intimate atmosphere, the Baretto-Londra is the ideal spot for a night out. Open Thursday to Saturday it showcases classic rock in addition to a carefully selected variety of small shows.

The charming Lobby Bar, with its comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, is a central meeting point for hotel guests as well as locals.
