  • dining

Guests at The Vines usually stay on a bed & breakfast basis and in the evening eat at Siete Fuegos, the hotel’s signature restaurant, named one of the top hotel restaurants in Conde Nast's Hot List 2014. Legendary Argentine chef Francis Mallmann creates inspired regional dishes, showcasing Argentina's famous beef. Much of the food is sourced from the hotel gardens and surrounding land and is of course paired with exceptional Argentine wines.

Siete Fuegos, or “seven fires,” describes the chef’s honed collection of open-flame cooking techniques, inspired by Argentine gauchos. Savour the rustic, fiery flavours of specialties like 9-hour slow-grilled rib eye, cast-iron baked salt-encrusted salmon, grilled seasonal fruits.

Dine indoors or out, or enjoy a front row seat in the open kitchen. For memorable group gatherings, feast at the enormous chef’s table on the scenic patio among the seven fires.

For more informal dining, the pool bar serves healthy lunches and satisfying snacks throughout the day as well as refreshing drinks like Argentina's famous Fernet.
