    One of the highlights of a stay here is that each guest is assigned their very own Experience Manager®, a personal guide who tends to every aspect of your stay and who can assist with in-room requests, such as private dining or special occasion surprises.

    The 66 rooms and 22 suites, many with city and Río de la Plata views, have stylish wood floors and marble bathrooms to complement the striking Philippe Starck decor. All offer Wi-Fi, custom linen, bedding and bathrobes, down comforters and pillows, artisanal bed throws, Bose Home Theatre Systems with flat screen High Definition Television, wireless telephones and in-room safe with capacity for laptop. The glass-enclosed bathrooms with marble floors and separate showers are a feature in themselves and you will find Jacuzzis in many of the suites, with some even benefiting from their very own fully-equipped kitchen (with cut-glass crystal dinner sets no less).

    Park View Rooms & Premier Park View Rooms

    Park View rooms offers floor to ceiling windows and 180 degree views of Puerto Madero Park, the largest green space within Buenos Aires. With signature Starck décor, wooden floors, a marble bathroom, some of these rooms are also suitable for handicapped guests. The Premium Park View rooms are on the top floors and offer fabulous river views.

    Skyline View Rooms & Premium Skyline View Rooms

    The spacious Skyline Rooms, with city views, offer a number of configurations, making them suitable for families and friends. Choose from a king-size bed, or twin beds, or opt for a connecting room. All feature a comfortable window seat for enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the city of Buenos Aires. The Premium rooms are on the top floors and have particularly impressive views.

    Corner Studios

    The bright and airy corner studios feature floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful urban views, red velvet sofas, king-sized bed and writing desk.

    Porteño Suites

    With lovely river and park views, these stylish suites offer a comfortable bedroom separated from the living area by a sliding door. The oversized marble bathroom features the ultimate free-standing Philippe Starck- designed bath and the suites also benefit from a separate powder room.

    Duplex Suite

    Spread out over 2 floors this suite offers striking city views, an inviting living area featuring a red velvet sofa with matching rug and sophisticated furniture. Separate guest powder room.

    Grand Duplex Suite

    A two story suite which features open views over the city of Buenos Aires and Puerto Madero. It includes a living room, full marble bathroom and Jacuzzi.

    Loft Studios

    These lovely studios offer a fully equipped living, dining and kitchen area as well as a queen-sized bed. Carefully appointed with antique-style furniture and Philippe Starck touches.

    Presidential One Bedroom Suite

    The spacious, 6th floor Suite features balconies offering a panoramic view of Puerto Madero. The lounge and dining area, has a selection of curated antique furniture. The spectacular marble and glass bathroom includes a Jacuzzi, extra-large bath and separate shower. In keeping with this level of luxury, there is a complimentary Butler service and most requests can be catered for, including pre-loaded iPod and MacBooks should you wish for an impromptu party! NB. This suite can be connected to a Premier Park Room, thereby configuring it as a two bedroom suite.

    Imperial Two Bedroom Suite

    Located on the 7th floor of the Porteño Building, this grand suite features separate dining, kitchen and lounge areas, making it the ideal choice for guests wishing to entertain. It includes one bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with twin beds, two full marble bathrooms with Jacuzzi) and guest powder room. The three terraces offer spectacular views of the river and gardens and provide a wonderful entertaining space for evening drinks. Fresh fruit and newspapers are replenished daily and your personal Experience Manager can arrange most other requests, such as preloaded iPods and MacBooks or private dining/ drinks.

    Tower Suite

    A three story top floor suite with spectacular views of the river and the Micaela Bastidas Park. Its centrepiece is a fiber optic teardrop colour-changing crystal, located at the foot of the stairs and especially designed for the suite. The bathroom fills an entire floor and features an Italian marble Jacuzzi and open waterfall shower.

    Faena One Bedroom Suite

    The iconic Faena Suite provides an impressive view of the Faena Art District and the Puerto Madero Area. This unique and stylish space features a curated collection of contemporary artworks and a selection of antique furniture set against a captivating cherry wood interior. This spacious one of a kind suite can also be configured with two bedrooms. The marble and glass bathroom offers a Jacuzzi and rain shower. There is of course complimentary Butler service and most requests can be catered for, including pre-loaded iPod and MacBooks should you wish for impromptu drinks or private dining with friends or family.

Enjoy a contemporary Argentinian meal and a selection of fine wines and cocktails as you take in this spectacular performance.

    Designed by Philippe Starck, El Bistro is one of the city’s most spectacular dining rooms. The ultramodern design features pure white décor, made all the more dramatic by angular red rugs that seem to frame the tables. The menu offers an elevated version of bistro cuisine, incorporating both European and Argentinian flavors and traditions.

    Featuring traditional Argentinian cuisine prepared in an adobe oven, El Mercado is reminiscent of Buenos Aires’ legendary cantinas with rustic wooden tables, eclectic antiques and exposed brick.

    Enjoy an exotic cocktail or refreshing glass of fresh juice while taking in the scene at one of Buenos Aires’ best hotel pools.

    Boasting Argentina’s largest collection of excellent wines, the Cellar is the perfect spot for a private wine tasting, dinner or special event.

    Finally, with its comfy velvet sofas, lush oriental rugs and crystal candelabras, the Library Lounge offers an intimate place to slow down and relax. Sip a cup of coffee, enjoy a healthy lunch or sample some local wines in this welcoming spot which is reminiscent of an eclectic private living room.

    Whilst the hotel is likely to appeal to couples more than families, if you are travelling with children, your Experience Manager will prove invaluable and is able to supply most things you are likely to need. Your little ones are likely to feel as pampered as you are, with treats such as in-room children’s movies complete with popcorn, specially prepared food and even custom baby clothes for the smallest guests as part of the turndown service. Cots are available at no extra charge, or for older children the hotel can provide rollaway beds (chargeable). Babysitting can be arranged on request.

    Located in Puerto Madero, the city's most exclusive gastronomic and business area, the hotel is surrounded by green parks and features unobstructed views of the city. The nearest metro stop is Plaza de Mayo.

    The International airport is about a 45 minute drive (direct flights to London), whilst the airport for domestic flights is around 25 minutes away.
