Constance Lemuria’s ocean-facing villas and suites are spread over this stunning resort, creating a real feeling of privacy and being positioned just 15 metres from the shore, creates an incredibly special castaway experience. Minimalist in style yet luxuriously executed, the accommodation is elegant and stylish. There are 96 suites, eight Villas and one Presidential Villa with three bedrooms. All suites feature air conditioning, opulent bathrooms with separate bath and shower, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, safe, satellite TV/DVD/CD player, high speed Internet & WIFI and telephone/answering machine.

The 88 Junior Suites are located in beautiful Lodges made from wood, marble, stone and pink granite. The eight Senior Suites also boast a separate lounge area with coffee machine, a beach shower on a larger terrace and a whirlpool bath in the master bedroom.

There are eight spacious two-bedroom Villas that offer exclusive accommodation. Both bedrooms have en-suites, there is a great outdoor bath, TV and PlayStation in the lounge, and a lovely outdoor dining area for moonlit dinners. Outside there is a private pool and a personal massage pavilion, and you also have the services of a ‘Villa Master’ that will take care of your every need.

For the ultimate in luxurious accommodation, there is the Presidential Villa that is set discretely from the main resort. It has three en-suite bedrooms, spacious lounge, dining room, executive office, pool deck, open-air bath, terrace and a swimming pool that is split over three levels and has steps to a section of private beach. A private butler, chef and security are also available. This is a private hotel within a hotel offering a very unique and indulgent experience.

The facilities at Constance Lémuria are first class and there are a range of activities to suit all tastes. The main building sits on a hillside with spectacular views over the two bays below, and has an elegant lounge area (which is also used as a VIP Lounge for early arrivals or late check-out), and boutique for you to enjoy, or you can unwind in the stunning swimming pool, complete with swim-up bar, which is split over three levels, allowing the water to cascade down towards the ocean.

There’s more R&R to be had in the health and beauty spa, an oasis of peace and tranquillity, where you will also find a sauna, plunge pool, steam bath, Jacuzzi, fully equipped gym and a hairdresser. There are also a variety of activities on offer including tennis, windsurfing, pedalos, kayaks, mountain bikes and snorkelling trips. Scuba diving and deep sea fishing can also be arranged.

If you are a keen golfer, you will love the resort’s spectacularly manicured 18-hole Championship golf course, and even if you’re not a keen player you will appreciate the beauty of the course and enjoy the scenic walk it offers to the beach!

Constance Lemuria offers a great selection of French, Creole and International cuisine in its three restaurants. The Legend Restaurant is housed in the main building and offers a refined, relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or for sophisticated alfresco dining there is the Seahorse Restaurant with stunning views over the golf course. If you like your seafood, then you will love the Beach Restaurant which is found on a small peninsula, where you can enjoy the fresh catch of the day whilst overlooking two beautiful beaches.

The Legend bar is a great place for a cocktail and taking a refreshing drink under the trees of the Takamaka Bar is a perfectly pleasant way to cool off after a morning’s activities.

family

Families are made to feel very welcome at Constance Lemuria. As well as the long stretches of stunning coastline for beach-combing, there is also a great children’s club known as the ‘Turtle Club’ which has its own games room and dining area. Children aged between 4 and 12 can take part in indoor and outdoor activities between 9am and 9pm every day. There are also some great excursions for them to take part in - turtle spotting being one of the most popular!

Whilst one child can share with their parents, interconnecting rooms and suites offer convenient accommodation for larger families, but please note that some height issues may concern those travelling with toddlers. For a real treat, families can also consider a two-bedroom villa.

Children’s menus are available and so are babysitters, on request.

location

Constance Lémuria Resort is on the northwest coast of the island of Praslin. Surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, the hotel is located on three beautiful sandy beaches. The main building lies crafted into the hillside, amidst dense vegetation overlooking the beaches of Anse Kerlan.
The hotel is just five minutes from Praslin airport; there are regular flights to Mahé, the main Island, that take about 15 minutes. There are also daily ferry crossings that take about an hour.
