The resort features 186 rooms, suites and villas, all sea facing with mini-bar, tea & coffee making facilities and balcony or terrace.

Superior Rooms (51m2) with their fresh beach-house style decor have a large rainfall shower (no bathtub), whilst the ground floor Junior Suites are slightly larger with a secluded decked terrace and direct access to the beach.

The Romantic Junior Suites are larger still and designed for couples, located on the 2nd floor with a spacious balcony furnished with chill out loungers and an outdoor bathtub just for two. 

Clustered around a secluded bay, the Deluxe rooms are located in an exclusive and blissfully tranquil adults-only area - making them perfect for couples. With uninterrupted vistas of the Indian Ocean, these romantic beach house hideaways are sited on the edges of the resort gardens for assured peace and privacy.

Family Suites (85m2) have a King-size bed and a large double sofa bed for children. These suites are expansive with two bathrooms and a walk-in dressing room, perfectly suited to a family beach holiday.

In the adult-only section, the two Prestige Junior Suites (75m2) are set by a secluded bay on the ground floor with a large terrace, sun-drenched lounge, dining area and indulgent private whirlpool bathtub.

There are also 2 Ocean Villas (100m2) set in their own garden with a private pool and the LUX* Villa (300m2) offers unparalleled views over the blue lagoon with its own private beach and pool.

Two stunning swimming pools (one heated during winter months and one reserved for adults only) showcase views over the Ocean. Complimentary water-sports include windsurfing, water-skiing, pedal-boats, kayaks, snorkelling and glass-bottom boat rides whilst land based sports include beach volleyball, bocci ball, croquet and table tennis along with Tai Chi. The on-site Tennis Academy has 4 synthetic grass, floodlit courts and private training sessions are available with certified IFT personal trainer.

Further sporting activities include a golf driving range, bikes to explore the resort and surrounding villages and even a round of petanque under the shade of an ancient banyan tree.

The fabulous LUX* Me spa boasts 12 treatment rooms, sauna and steam bath and a series of plunge pools along with a Hair Salon by Kerastase, Posh Nail by Essie and Murdock Barber Shop. There is a world-class gym with wellness concierge on hand to offer personal advice and tailored training and a space dedicated to meditation, yoga and stretching. 

A pleasant surprise is the hotel's cinema, showing the latest blockbusters accompanied by drinks and snacks, and Disney children’s films several times a week.

Palm Court, the main restaurant, aims to redefine the concept of resort restaurant with live cooking stations, chef encounters and dishes cooked right before your eyes. Serving an expansive breakfast and combination of buffet, a la carte and gala dinners during the evening, the restaurant boasts views over the pool to the ocean beyond.

For those seeking a more intimate atmosphere, INTI, the South American speciality restaurant, is open during the evenings only and offers 3 distinct spaces combining a vibrant 'Hot Salsa' open grill kitchen, a 'Ceviche, Tiradito & Pisco bar and a dedicated pasty station with un-skippable sweet treats (please note INTI is excluded from all meal plans but a discount is given for guests on Half Board, Full Board or All Inclusive).

Expect a Turkish twist with panoramic vistas over the Indian Ocean at Bodrum Blue, open for lunch and dinner.

The Beach, is an informal restaurant and lounge with a resident DJ, offering a more vibrant spot to dine during the day and night. 

Located in the adult-only zone of the hotel, the ancient banyan tree provides the backdrop to an irresistible combination of dining experiences including a Creole Smoke House, BB's a Banyan Burger Shack (with one side catering for kids), the Rum Treehouse, a cabana featuring 88 different types of rum and French Kiss Bar, a quirky, restored classic Citroen H van to quench your thirst. 

Finally LUX* wouldn't be LUX* without Cafe LUX* serving a house blend of locally roasted coffee and ICI, the LUX* ice cream brand. Enjoy mouth-watering flavour combinations such as Sicilian Pistachio and Bubble Gum in waffle cones, made in-house and baked right before your eyes!

‘Hostesses’ at The ‘PLAY’ club will provide fun and entertainment, allowing parents to indulge in a treatment at the hydrotherapy Spa or simply soak up the idyllic surroundings. PLAY offers children between the ages of 3 and 11 an opportunity to enjoy the cinema, pool and beach games, crab hunting, Indian and Creole fashion shows, cake decorating, fishing lessons, treasure hunts, dance parties, painting and face painting. Special children's spa treatments can also be arranged.

Children’s Menu are available at the restaurants, Children’s Club and by room service.

Teens 12-17 years can enjoy time to get together, explore the Island or just hang out! The well-supervised programme includes tennis lessons, yoga initiations, fishing, pedalo competitions, water polo and cycling excursions! Both programmes are open from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.

Two adults and 1 child/teen (under 18 years) can be accommodated in Superior Rooms, Romantic Junior Suites and Prestige Junior Suites (teen must be 16 or over). Family Suites can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children/teens plus 1 infant.

Located on the north coast of Mauritius, 76km from the Airport (approx 1.5 hours), the hotel is also a mere 10min away from the vibrant Grand Bay with a stunning view of the Northern coast islets (Coin de Mire, Ile Plate, Ile Ronde, Ile aux Serpents, Ilot Gabriel).
