High on the hills overlooking the ancient Moorish casbah that is Palma de Mallorca sits an enchanting 13th Century castle, one of the most renowned hotels in the Mediterranean.  Surrounded by lush sub-tropical gardens, it is home to elegant suites, delicious cuisine, sparkling pools and sweeping views over the city and the cobalt waters of the sea beyond. It's no wonder Grace Kelly decided to stay in this fairytale haven when she visited Mallorca all those years ago.
