There are 22 luxurious suites; the four Lodge suites are the largest and are conveniently located in the main Lodge. Ten Hilltop Suites and two Hilltop Rooms (which can be interconnected to the suites) are perched on top of the hill boasting spectacular vistas. The eight Ridge Suits, just a short walk away from the main Lodge, are very spacious and come with their own fireplaces. If you would like the added convenience of self-catering, there is the four-bedroom luxury Owners Cottage which has a large living room, open plan kitchen and outdoor Jacuzzi.
All suites feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flatscreen LCD TV, DVD, CD player with iPod connection, comfortable bedrooms with sitting area, a fabulous walk-in wardrobe, sumptuous bathrooms with oversized bath tubs, and private balcony that takes full advantage of the panoramic views of the farm, golf course and shimmering Pacific Ocean. The rustic feel of the main Lodge gives it a warm and inviting atmosphere, and there are plenty of relaxing public areas where you can take time out to soak up the ambience; stylish lounges with roaring open fires, a library, intimate sitting room and outdoor conservatory areas.
If you want to unwind, there is a stunning heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi, and the shady poolside cabana is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink from the bar. For maximum indulgence, treat yourself to a visit to the Cape Kidnappers Luxury Spa which sits nestled atop the hillside with beautiful forest and ocean views which are sure to enhance your experience. Treatments include massage, reflexology, body wraps, facials, pedicures, manicures and hair care.
For those seeking something a little more active, there is a well-equipped gym in the lower level of the main Lodge and Yoga, Pilates, Fitness and Personal Training are available by appointment. The award-winning golf course and club house is a short distance from the main Lodge, or you take one of the inspiring nature trails, where you can explore a variety of terrain from forest walks to Oceanside hikes along the cliffs. The staff are happy to provide backpacks, blankets picnics and directions and trail guides are also available for hire.
As well as endless trails for walking, you can also use mountain bikes throughout the property, take a tour of the farm by 4WD, quad bike or even head out on horseback.

Cape Kidnappers prides itself on fine cuisine and aims to make everything possible from scratch with homegrown produce. With its own vegetable garden and the fantastic produce available in the Hawke’s Bay area, all the meals are fantastically fresh, whether it’s a gourmet breakfast, delicious lunch, picnic basket or fine dining.
The stunning ocean vista that accompanies each meal makes it feel very special. Whilst lunch is a casual affair, dinner is more of a formal occasion. Guests are encouraged to mingle over pre-dinner drinks with delicious canapés, and the dinner can be taken in the main dining room, where the modern rustic décor is enhanced by the soft candlelight. The a la carte menu is heavily influenced by the best seasonal produce New Zealand has to offer; tasty lamb and beef, and sublime fresh seafood.
If you are a wine connoisseur, you will enjoy the wine tasting experience that can be arranged for you in the impressive wine cellar.
Dining can be a very personalised experience here, with an extensive list of locations including the cosy snug, library and the wine cellar. Room service is also available.

The Farm at Cape Kidnappers welcome families of all shapes and sizes and is only too happy to help with requests to meet the needs of younger guests. For very small children that means babysitting services, toys, games and more. Children will love the activities on offer here and will enjoy the rustic charm and unique character of life in this part of New Zealand. They can learn about local wildlife, what it’s like to live on a working farm, enjoy quad biking, mountain biking or there are water theme parks and adventure playlands to visit nearby. All activities can be tailored according to your children’s age, interests and abilities.
There is a children’s menu and all of the suites are stocked daily with fresh-baked cookies, brownies and fresh fruit. Private dining arrangements can be made for families with children under the age of 12 after 7pm.
Several of the rooms interconnect and are spacious enough to add cots and extra bed, or families might like the four-bedroom Owner’s Cottage, which offers the convenience of self-catering and can be rented as a one or two bedroom house.

There are domestic flights from Auckland and Wellington to Hawkes Bay Airport in Napier which is just a 30 minute drive away.
