Classic elegance meets modern comforts at the Park Hyatt, which is brilliantly placed in Ho Chi Minh City, still largely referred to by locals as Saigon. Once used as a vast hostel for US servicemen during the Vietnam War, the building has been lovingly restored into a sleek and tasteful oasis of calm amidst the chaotic whirl of the city.
