facilities & activities
While the sparkling free-form pool, overlooking the beach, will tempt you to settle into one of the poolside sun-loungers with a cooling drink and good book, the peaceful setting belies quite how much there is on offer in terms of activities. Choose from an array of water-sports mere steps away and there is even an affiliated diving school for both beginners and keen aficionados looking to dive some of the best waters in the world. There are also a huge number of excursions offered, on and off water, to explore the myriad of stunningly beautiful islands, reefs and coves nearby.
If relaxation is the sum goal of your holiday you have come to the right place; seek out serenity at the spa or relax body and mind with a yoga or meditation class. There are classes aplenty if you fancy learning a new skill - whether it's cocktail mixoloygy or that elusive ability to carve a pineapple into intricate patterns, you're sure to return home with a few impressive skills for your next supper party! The Thai cookery class are understandably popular and include a trip to the local market which offers a fascinating insight into local culture.

dining
There are three choices on resort, each as charming as the next. High Tide is al fresco and serves up a breakfast buffet or dinner with a choice of International and Thai menus. The Eclipse Bar, set in the gardens, offers a similar selection for lunch and dinner along with indoor swing sofas, perfect for nursing a chilled cocktail. The flag-ship restaurant Full Moon Samui, found overlooking the pool, has a mouth-watering menu of chargrilled juicy steaks and fresh fish prepared at your table which is an event in itself and sure to keep little-ones entertained!
However, if you can’t prise yourself away from your sun-lounger, then a bar snack menu is available and your order will be delivered directly to you. Alternatively, swim up to the pool bar and enjoy a freshly mixed cocktail at happy hour.
If you fancy a night ‘a deux’ then the resort offers ‘dining by design’ – a sumptuous private dinner, in a setting of our choice from one of the many romantic spots around the resort.

family
In typical Thai style, children are welcomed with open arms. All ages are well catered for; teens will be happy with the array of sports on offer, including Thai Boxing, and will be delighted there is free Wi-Fi so they can show off their new skills to pals back home. Smaller ones will love the Baan Long Children’s Club where they can hunt for treasure, build sandcastles, make coconut paintings and enjoy other fun activities. It's complimentary for guests aged 4 – 10 year and is open from 9am until 6pm.
The suites are large enough for a family and some will interconnect. Extra beds can be added to all rooms on request.

location
The resort is located on one of the most authentic spots on the north of the island, Bophut Beach, just a 15 minute transfer from the airport. Still retaining some of the original Thai–Chinese heritage, this little fishing village offers a quiet beach-front setting with calm, warm waters which are ideal for water-sports and swimming. If you fancy a faster pace of life, then Chaweng and its nightlife bustle is only a 10 minute taxi journey away.
