Lanjia Lodge, Chiang Rai
MenuLanjia means ‘peaceful’ in the Hmong language, and this lovely lodge certainly offers peace in abundance as well as a unique opportunity to live with the local hill-tribe people high above the dramatic scenery of the Mekong Valley. The lodge has been built in harmony with the lush green setting and the Hmong and Lahu Villages in which it is found. Developed and managed by the local people, it offers a wonderfully authentic and genuine encounter far from the tourist trail.
