The Wallawwa has 17 suites and rooms – 12 Garden Suites, 2 Wallawwa Bedrooms, 2 Family Suites and The Mountbatten Suite. All rooms have air conditioning and fans, Wifi Access, imported mattresses, duvet and pillows, widescreen satellite TV, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer and safety deposit box.
Wallawwa Bedrooms 35 metres sq, King Size Balinese Four Poster Double Bed. Terrazzo lined en-suite wet room with rainshower, basin & WC.
Garden Suites 55 metres sq. King Size Balinese Four Poster Double Bed or Large Balinese Four Poster Twin Beds. Armchair and built-in window seat. Private verandah with built in comfortable seating area.

The Wallawwa is an extremely comfortable hotel with the facilities that you would expect of a property of this calibre including a well-stocked library and study, and a 16x6 metre pool set in the quiet corner of the established gardens, also a fine spot for a game of croquet. The hotel shop offers a collection of interesting, colourful and inexpensive gifts and you can feel good about shopping too with every single rupee of profit going to the Wallawwa’s chosen charity.
The Z Spa is The Wallawwa’s exclusive spa, designed to help guests relax and unwind before or after a long journey. The Spa doesn’t have set opening times – the team is flexible to cater to your specific arrival and departure times. However to avoid disappointment, booking as early as possibly is advised – particularly in high season or if a double treatment room is required.

The Verandah showcases exquisite a la carte Asian Fusion cuisine is served on the restaurant terrace, overlooking the beautiful gardens. The All Day and Dinner menus have been created using the finest and freshest ingredients available in Sri Lanka. The menus also include a selection of vegetarian dishes and the chefs are willing and able to cater to any dietary requirements with prior notice. In-room dining is also available if you prefer to dine in the privacy of your suite after your journey.

Whilst the hotel does not specific facilities or services especifically for younger guests, families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed. A Kids menu is offered at The Verandah and a variety of family suites are available, each with 2 bedrooms and terrazo lined en-suite wet rooms with rain shower.
The Family Suite features a King Size Balinese Four Poster Double Bed and 2 Large Balinese Four Poster Single Beds along side a built in window seat and private terrace. Offering even more space, the Mountbatten Suite also boasts a plunge pool in its private garden in addition to the 2 bedrooms with King Size Four Poster Double Bed and 2 Queen Size Four Poster Double Beds and large living room with sofa.
