Freestanding Luxury Suites carefully embedded in the ancient Milkwood forest feature a spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom, separate lounge with tea & coffee making facilities, minibar, cosy fireplace and satellite TV / DVD player for in-room entertainment. The spacious suites open out onto a private deck with outside shower overlooking Walker Bay. Natural textures and colours bring the harmony of nature into your suite and spacious, finely appointed bathrooms complete the feeling of complete luxury.
Forest lodge consists of Luxury Suites (75 – 85 square metres) and Luxury Pool Suites (75 – 85 square metres) which feature the addition of a private plunge pool.

An expansive itinerary of guided excursions are available, by foot, horse and four-wheel drive vehicle amongst the surrounding indigenous ‘fynbos’, ancient Milkwood Forest and breathtaking local coastline. Boat trips can also be taken to Dyer Island to see Cape Fur seals and African penguins for a charge. The best land based whale-watching in the world can be enjoyed from the lodge itself (complete with telescopes in the bar!) or take a boat trip for closer sightings (charge applies).
In addition to dining areas, the main lodge features a bar and lounge area. There is a stunning infinity pool with far reaching views to Walker Bay. A Spa for Massages and beauty treatments is available at an additional charge.

Guests delight in an excellent five-course dinner specialising in seafood and local produce are served in the circular restaurant with central fireplace and stunning views over the bay. Extensive buffets for breakfast and a Mediterranean-style lunch can also be served out on the terrace.
The bar area comes complete with telescopes for whale-spotting or bird-watching.

Children under 12 are not accepted at Forest Lodge, but are warmly welcomed at Garden Lodge.
