Despite the varied dining options available nearby there is much to recommend the hotel’s own restaurant Bar 500. The chefs here have created wonderful brunch and dinner menus from the freshest local and seasonal West Coast ingredients and they are served in a setting that reflects the hotel’s stylish, modern feel.

At the restaurant’s happy hour each evening clients can enjoy complimentary freshly made flatbreads and dips with their drinks – the perfect antidote to a hard day’s sightseeing. Enjoy the atmosphere created by the stone fireplace in the cooler months or dine al fresco on the patio in the crisp ocean air when the weather is warm. The hotel’s intimate lounge is also an excellent casual option for sipping a cocktail, fine wine, or beer.

The hotel offers 80 well-equipped studios and suites, featuring contemporary furnishings and décor and oversized windows offering magnificent views of the harbour, the beautifully lit city, sweeping ocean and Olympic Mountain panoramas.

All rooms incorporate queen double beds and flat screen TVs, french press coffee makers and bathrobes.  Whilst the cosy Studios are ideal for couples, if you are looking for additional space to stretch out, opt for a One- bedroom Suite with separate living space, gourmet kitchen and panoramic city views.  If you are travelling as a larger party, the Two-bedroom Suites offer an additional bedroom and bathroom. All suites come in the option of Standard, Premium or Boutique, with ever increasingly stunning views. The Boutique Suites also have large balconies that can hold up to 25 people – perfect if you are planning a reception.
