The hotel’s Cinnamon Bear Bar is considered one of Whistler’s finest après ski bars. Gather around the cosy fireplace in winter, or enjoy the sun-soaked patio in the summer, taking in the mountain vistas. With giant sports screens, pool tables and interactive games, its a great place to unwind and chat about your adventures on the slopes.
After a drink or two at the bar, the hotel’s restaurant, the Cinnamon Bear Grille, is the perfect follow up. Guests can enjoy Pacific Northwest creations at breakfast and dinner, prepared daily using fresh, locally grown ingredients.
The many great bars and restaurants of Whistler itself are also only a short stroll away.
Rooms
Guestrooms here are designed with mountain-style elegance and incorporate natural elements into their design such as indigenous art. Rooms here offer extremely comfortable Serenity beds with high quality linens, jetted soaker tubs and many have fully equipped kitchenettes with full size fridges, microwaves, and stoves. High speed WiFi, plus HDTVs with pay movies and Nintendo also come as standard. Other room facilities include fluffy bathrobes and down filled duvets, air conditioning, speciality coffee machines, hairdryers, safes and irons.
Hilton Rooms offer a choice of king size bed, queen size bed or two double size beds and accommodate up to four people. Named after the furry marmots that populate the area and whistle like deflating balloons, Whistler is monumental in scale, with its summit glaciers and backdrop towering Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. It is the largest ski resort in North America and was host to the 2010 Winter Olympics yet remains a charming, pedestrianised village with many shops and restaurants.
