Okinawa Islands
Fusaki Beach Resort

Nestled on the west coast of Ishigaki Island, Fusaki Beach Resort is a family-focused retreat just steps away from one of the island’s most pristine swimming beaches, perfect for a 3 – 5 day stay post exploring Japanese cities in the hot Summer months.

This spacious resort invites guests to unwind in elegant villas and stylish accommodations, surrounded by the endless blue of the East China Sea.

Facilities & Activities

At the heart of the resort lies a beachside pool stretching towards the shimmering sea. While a playful splash pool delights younger guests, there is also an inviting indoor pool with a small slide which can offer a refreshing escape from the midday sun (please note the resort is very popular with young Japanese families in our Summer months). Tucked away in a peaceful corner, the intimate spa promises moments of pure relaxation, where gentle hands and soothing smells can melt away any of life’s tensions.

Just steps from the villas, the resort’s boutique and lively market invite guests to browse for island-inspired treasures, while the Terrace Shop offers beach essentials and thoughtful souvenirs.

Beyond the resort’s lush gardens, the soft white sands lead to an adventure-filled coastline where  kayaks glide over vibrant reefs and adrenaline-seekers soar above the water on a flyboard or carve through the waves on jet skis and wakeboards. The excitement continues with dragon boat rides and guided snorkelling excursions which reveal the breathtaking underwater world.  Please note at certain times of year jellyfish are present, so the hotel will rope of a netted area for swimming.

For those eager to explore the resort, English-speaking staff can arrange trips to the charming Taketomi Island, where time stands still, or organize snorkelling journeys to Ishigaki’s pristine waters.  The kayaking trip to Iriomote also comes recommended.
