Electra Metropolis Athens
Whilst this modern hotel boats stylish, retro-chic features, a wonderful roof-top restaurant and pool with views to the Acropolis, its location in the old town means key sites are all within walking distance. The church of Agia Dynmis is situated literally just outside of reception!
To rest those weary feet, enjoy the lovely spa which offers a pool, sauna and steam room. A selection of luxury rooms and suites, some with Acropolis views, ensures plenty of comfortable options whether travelling as a couple or family.

Facilities & Activities
After exploring the city, guests can luxuriate in the facilities of the basement Spa & Wellness Centre, including the free-of-charge pool and adjacent steam and sauna room, whilst the small roof-top pool with views to Lycabettus Hill is generally open from mid-May. The Fitness Centre allows you to keep in shape during your stay – that is if you feel walking about this fascinating City is not sufficient exercise in itself!

Rooms
Those on a budget can opt for one of the Standard Rooms which include satellite TV, mini-bar and marble-tiled bathroom, although a Classic offers more space at 25 square metres.
If design is important to you, consider one of the Internal Art Rooms (please note no external views) whilst Superior Rooms are larger still with street views. Opt for a Deluxe Room if you would prefer a view of Lycabettus or, top of the tree, in terms of views, has to be the Deluxe Acropolis View Rooms with a spectacular outlook from the balcony.
Those seeking more space can opt for a Suite, with sitting-room divided from the bedroom by sliding door, 2 TVs and additional toilet. As with the rooms, some Suites offer stunning views of Lycabettus and the Acropolis for a supplement.

Family
The central location helps keep tiredness in check when it comes to little ones, as does a dip in the Spa pool (open to children age 3 – 11 years before 2pm, but flexibility allows use for older children in the afternoon) and/or small roof-top pool (general open from around mid-May).
Triple Superior Rooms are slightly larger than Superior Doubles at 32 square metres, ideal for one child sharing on a sofa-bed, or upgrade to a Suite with separate sitting room with sofa-bed for an additional sleeping space (a second child may be allowed to share with an extra bed, but this is subject to confirmation at time of booking). Alternatively 2 young children can share a larger sofa-bed in an Executive Suite boasting 40 square metres or for more family space and 2 bathrooms, book inter-leading Superior Rooms with central lobby.
