Sustainability

Cape Grace recycles its leftover kitchen oil into biodiesel, and they minimise their contributions to landfill as much as possible with their onsite waste-sorting area. Disused hardware is donated to an E-waste company and environmentally sensitive bulbs and batteries are disposed of responsibly. They also have a number of strategies in place to reduce their water consumption, such as using grey water to irrigate their gardens.
