Bushbaby is a small, family-owned, award-winning tour operator, based in a lovely rural office near Farnham, Surrey. Most of our current team work from here. Our company values apply just as much to our employees as they do to our clients - we offer a friendly, flexible work place with plenty of potential to devlop and learn new things (as well as tasty coffee!).

We are always keen to hear from enthusiastic like-minded people who share our passion for travel and our values. To succeed at Bushbaby, as well as strong destination knowledge, you need to be a quick learner, hands-on and focused on providing the kind of customer care that engenders repeat business. For consultant roles, we are looking for people who have at least 3 years tour operator experience and demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. You must also have a strong affinity for the needs of the luxury family market.
