- Go sea kayaking from Middle Harbour to nearby beautiful Balmoral beach
Further afield you can also explore the Blue Mountains and Hunter Valley nearby, or drop down to the south coast, with rolling hills and rugged coastal landscape and enjoy beaches, often by yourselves, or you could trek north, by car or plane to northern NSW and enjoy idylillic coastal towns like Byron Bay.
