Day 2: Upon arrival take a private transfer to your chosen hotel for 4 nights.  

Day 3: Take delivery of your hire car so that you can explore this stunning peninsula including Cape Point, Boulders Bay and Table Mountain.  The Winelands and Overberg are also only a day trip away.

Day 6: Today drive eastwards to the Garden Route (approx 5 hours) and check into your hotel for 4 nights. Explore the wild coastline, tranquil lagoons and indigenous forest whilst visiting local animal sanctuaries.

Day 10: This morning continue your journey to the Eastern Cape (approx 3 hours) for your 2 night &#8216;Big Five&#8217; Safari.  Game Drives in open 4 x 4 vehicles take place at Dawn and Dusk each day in search of Lion, Elephant and other animals.

Day 12: This afternoon drive to Port Elizabeth Airport, return your hire car and take your overnight flight home, changing planes in Johannesburg.

Prefer to take your safari in the North West?  You can fly from George on the Garden Route to Johannesburg and travel to / return from your Lodge from here, effectively taking your internal flight earlier in the itinerary.

Day 8:  Today drive south to the Overberg (approx 2 hours) for your 2 night whale-watching experience (June &#8211; November) or simply enjoy the wild beaches and outdoor activities during the Summer months.

Day 10: Today head eastwards to the Garden Route (approx 3 - 4 hours) and check into your hotel for 4 nights. Explore the stunning coastline, tranquil lagoons and indigenous forest whilst visiting local animal sanctuaries.

Day 14: Today take your early flight from George to Johannesburg.  Collect your hire car / transfer / shuttle flight to Madikwe Game Reserve for your 3 night &#8216;Big Five&#8217; Safari.  Game Drives take place at Dawn and Dusk each day.

Day 17: Drive / transfer / fly back Johannesburg and take your overnight flight home.

Longer to spend?  Add in a few nights in Sun City Resort / Pilanesburg National Park before or after Madikwe OR to really spoil yourselves, 3 or 4 nights at Ant&#8217;s Hill or Nest Exclusive Bush Homes in the Waterberg.

Day 5: Today you will be transferred to the Waterberg (approx 3 hours) for your &#8216;active&#8217; safari experience at Ant&#8217;s Nest or Hill for 3 or 4 nights.  As there are no dangerous predators in the Reserve, it is safe to walk and horse ride with game such as rhino and giraffe, an experience not to be forgotten.

Day 9: Transfer or drive back to Johannesburg to take your overnight flight back home.

Can stretch your time a little further?  Why note take a few days out on arrival in Sun City Resort to recuperate from the flight before heading up to Madikwe?

Day 2: Connect with your road transfer to the Musandam Peninsula (90 mins). Here you will be welcomed at the Six Senses Hideaway and Spa at Zighy Bay for 4 nights in a Villa with private pool from where you can join snorkelling, diving and dolphin watching trips.

Day 6: This morning take your flight to Mahe in the Seychelles arriving in the afternoon. From here you will be transferred to the boat jetty for Sainte Anne Resort &amp; Spa where you will spend the next 3 nights.  Whilst the Resort itself is set in a protected Marine Park, you can also visit the stunning islands of Praslin and La Digue on day trips.

Day 9: Today you will take your flight from Mahe to Desroches for your 3 night &#8216;outer island&#8217; experience

Day 12: Fly home via Mahe and Dubai.
