- Nobu: World-class Masterchef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa debuts his first restaurant in Africa offering innovative Japanese cuisine incorporating African seafood and spices to create unique dishes.
- Maze: Gordon Ramsay has also come to Cape Town with the launch of this restaurant, modelled on its British namesake yet the tasting-sized dishes will evoke the bountiful flavours of traditional South African recipes, showcasing the best in local seafood and game.
- Wine Loft: A stunning tri-level wall of glass and steel where guests can discover a magnificent collection of vintage wines. In the mezzanine tasting room, more 100 wines will be available by the glass, served with suggested food pairings.
- Island Terrace: Offering an all-day snack menu for guests relaxing around the pool area. An a la carte dinner menu showcasting grilled fish and seafood will also be available according to Season.
- Vista Bar: This stylish bar features breathtaking views of Table Mountain through an 8 metre high wall of glass.
